Hi, I'm Sharub.
I build AI and automation systems for businesses that have outgrown doing everything by hand.
Before Adapt&, I was the AI Automations and Data Systems Engineer at Immersive Insiders, where I built the automation and live reporting behind XRCC, the world's biggest AR/VR hackathon, for partners like Meta, Snap and ERGO. I've also worked on enterprise GenAI and analytics projects in the Digital Enterprise team at PwC India.
I started Adapt& because I kept seeing brilliant teams buried in busywork a well built system could handle. I don't sell software or lock you into a platform. I build the system that fits how you already work, and I stay on to make sure it keeps working.

What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Service businesses, agencies, event and community companies and online brands, usually between 5 and 100 people. If your team repeats the same task every week, there's almost always something worth automating.
How much does it cost?
It depends on what the system saves you. We price from the value of the hours it gives back, and you get a fixed price before anything starts. If the numbers don't make sense for your business, we'll tell you on the call instead of selling you something.
How long until it's live?
A single workflow usually goes live in one to three weeks. Larger systems with dashboards or several connected tools take four to six. You'll get a clear timeline in your proposal.
Which tools do you work with?
n8n, Make, Zapier, Airtable, Notion, Supabase, Google Workspace, HubSpot and most CRMs, plus OpenAI and Claude for the AI parts. Where no connector exists, we build custom API integrations. We pick the tool that fits your stack, not the other way round.
Do I need to be technical?
Not at all. You explain how the work gets done today, and we handle the rest. Your team gets a walkthrough and simple documentation, so anyone can use it.
What happens after launch?
You own the system outright. Most clients add a monthly care plan, where we monitor everything, fix anything that breaks when a platform changes and keep improving it as your business grows.
